Jen Connors
Owner / Master Stylist
Jen is the owner and also a Master Stylist at Tropez. She has over ten years experience in the salon & spa industry, including management and development of several large salons & spas. She studied community development and applied economics at the University of Vermont and completed her cosmetology training at Blaine in Waltham. Jen is a licensed cosmetologist in both Massachusetts and Florida and has been certified in several advanced courses including Brazilian keratin straightening, Japanese straightening, and hair extensions. She is a certified Goldwell colorist, a certified Aveda colorist, and has mastered advanced cutting techniques and has won several awards for her work.

Jacki Perodeau
Master Stylist
Jacki is a Master Stylist and Colorist who has over ten years experience in the industry. Jacki graduated in 1999 from the Assabet Valley Cosmetology School and has also completed training in Australia in Goldwell color. She is certified in a broad range of techniques and product lines including Goldwell, Great Lengths, texturized cutting, form cutting and Aveda color. Along with her education and experience, Jacki brings creativity to her craft with new ideas and styles to meet her clients' needs.

Senior Stylist
Michelle is a Senior Stylist and the leader of the hair department at Tropez. Michelle has over five years of experience in the industry and a broad range of training and certification including Keratin Simply Smooth Straightener, creative foiling, Goldwell hair color, and has mastered the technique of working with curly hair textures. She has attended many high level training courses including Goldwell Trend Zoom '08, Tigi, Profound Beauty, Kevin Murphy, Bennie Pollard and John Simpson. She also specializes in precision cutting and men's styles. Michelle brings a great passion for her career as a stylist and organizational leader.

Kerry Lundblad
Stylist
Kerry is a Stylist with over 20 years experience in the hair industry working in Boston and New York, both as a stylist and as a trainer. He has studied with several notable leaders in the field including John Dellaria, Dean Mellen, Beth Minardi, and John Sahad. Kerry has a demonstrated ability to think outside conventional hair principles and bring hair design to a state of sculptural art for daily wear.

Stephanie Rivera is a Stylist with over five years of experience in the industry. She received her education at Blaine Beauty School and has received advanced education with Redken, Schwartzkopf, TiGi, Matrix, and Aveda. She has also participated in hair shows in Boston, Providence, New York, and Europe. Stephanie specializes in color, highlights and Curly hair. Stephanie is passionate about her craft and attends hair styling classes once a month to keep up with the latest styles and techniques. She loves to teach her clients how to manage their curls and simplify their hair care.

Laura Mourad has been in the beauty industry for 10 years, and 8 years as a Stylist/Aveda Hair Color Specialist. Laura graduated from LaBaron Hairdressing Academy and furthered her education in Worcester at the Aveda Institute. She is certified in the Brazilian Keratin treatment as well as several other elite training programs such as Portfolio Trends and Pure Form and Texture Cutting. She is a mother of three and believes that becoming a mother has allowed her to remain a child at heart.

Colleen O'Donnell is a Senior Nail Technician and the leader of the Nail department at Tropez. Colleen has over 13 years experience in the nail service industry. She has co-owned her own nail and skin salon where she built strong relationships with clients over the years. She is one of the only certified technicians in the brand new AXXIUM long lasting manicure. Colleen's approach and advanced techniques give her clients a superior look and experience.

Heather is the leader of the massage department at Tropez. She is expert in all forms of massage including deep tissue, pre-natal, heated stone, chakra balancing and Swedish techniques. Heather has experience working with both chiropractors and personal trainers for over the past 8 years. She has an outstanding reputation in the massage industry and services an elite clientele that include professional athletes.

Inna Wegner
Senior Esthetician
Inna is a Senior Esthetician and the leader of the Spa department at Tropez. She is trained and certified in all major areas of esthetics, including facial treatments, skin analysis, skin products, makeup application and brow design. Inna has been trained and certified at the Spa Tech institute and has advanced skin treatment experience including micro-dermabrasion, and the elite PCA peels. In addition to her skills and experience in esthetics, Inna speaks three languages and is a performing concert violinist. Inna has built a reputation with her clients for delivering results oriented treatments that enhance their skin health and beauty.
