Reservations ~
Appointments are required for spa services. That said, we also welcome walk-ins and will do our very best to accommodate you when possible. To secure your appointment, a credit card number is required at the time of booking. For spa therapies, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure your full service time. Feel free to take a shower, relax and enjoy a complimentary cup of tea or calm your soul.

Payment ~
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Spa finder, Spa Wish, Aveda gift cards and Tropez Gift Cards. We do not accept American Express or personal checks.

Gratuities ~
Appreciation for your professional staff member is at your discretion. 18-20% is customary for exceptional service.

Prices ~
We publish our prices but they do vary and they are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy ~
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product or service, please let us know within 7 days of purchase. Our goal is to exceed your expectations so we will do everything in our power to make things right. We do not provide refunds for gift cards.

Gift Cards ~
We cannot replace lost or stolen gift certificates nor can we honor refunds for gift certificates purchased.

Our Environment ~
Our goal is to provide for you and all of our clients a relaxing and rejuvenating environment that is free from clatter and outside distractions. Therefore we ask that you mute your cell phone while you’re here. Please arrange care for your children unless they have an appointment for services.

Late Arriving ~
If circumstances cause you to arrive late for an appointment, we will make our best effort to fit your service into the schedule. However, please be advised that if you are late it this will result in a lesser treatment time that is not discounted for the time you are late. You will be charged full price of the original treatment.

Cancellation ~
We will call to confirm your appointment approximately 48 hours in advance. If you cancel or do not show for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your total cost of services scheduled. Reservations for services require a credit card or gift certificate as a deposit.

Redos /Adjustments ~
We do not compromise when it comes to the experience of our guests. If you are at all dissatisfied with our service we will adjust the original service at no charge. We will schedule the adjustment with the original Stylist or another of your choosing within one week of the original service.

Medications ~
If you are taking any medications, please notify your service provider before your service is performed. Certain medications can cause serious reactions during certain services we provide.

Exclusion ~
We reserve the right to refuse service.

Discounts ~
We offer specials and discounts from time to time. Our discounts cannot be combined with any other offer and do not apply to our Express Services.
